Return & Exchange Policy

No Refunds – Exchange Only within 30 Days

At Bijouterie Del Moral, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, an item may not be exactly what you expected. While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to offer an exchange policy that is fair and customer-friendly.

Exchange Policy:

1. Eligibility Window: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Condition of the Item: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging and tags.
3. Process for Exchange:

• Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
• Wait for our team to provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions.
4. Exclusions:
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective.
• Clearance or sale items may not be eligible for exchange.
5. Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us.
• For the exchanged item, Bijouterie Del Moral will cover the shipping costs to send it back to the customer.
6. Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
7. Limitations: Each item can only be exchanged once.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
